Please note that to add new clients we require your full name, tax file number and date of birth (for individuals). These details can also be provided by voice call or other means.

The Australian Tax Office requires us to verify the identity of all new clients in order to protect against identity fraud. There are various ways this requirement can be met, the easiest being by WhatsApp Video Call or other video call app. If that is not possible we can verify your identity by matching information you provide with your tax profile.
